Tap the invite link your host sends you, or enter their invite code, then set up a free account. One thing to watch: invite codes expire 5 days after they're sent, so join while yours is fresh.

A buy-in is what each player chips in to join a game. They're off by default, so your league runs on points and standings alone. A host can switch them on for their league — and while they're off, you won't see a single dollar amount anywhere in the app.

For games with a buy-in, your host settles up at the end and pays the winners through their Venmo or PayPal links. Spavo does the math, but the money goes straight between players — we never hold or touch it.

Just mark yourself In or Out on the game night. Your host takes it from there, managing the roster and who sits where.

Yep — hosts can save favorite locations to reuse each week and set custom house rules for each league, so nobody's re-entering the same details every time.

You're in charge. Under Profile → Notifications, turn SMS and email on or off for chat, game nights, leagues, and payouts — hear as much or as little as you like.

Under Profile → Payment methods. It's optional, but you'll need one on file to buy into a game.

Yes — Face ID (or your device passcode) unlocks the app when you come back to it, and confirms any buy-in, so your account stays yours.

Yes. Other members only ever see your display name — your contact and payment details stay private. And you can delete your account anytime from Profile.
